WHO CREWSII SUPPORTS
Upon logging in, our members chose whether they are creating an individual profile or a company profile.
- Individuals can be: Drill Operators, Locators, CDL Drivers, Recruiters, Directors, Project Managers, Field Managers, or C-Level Executives. (Individuals can also select "who they work for" from a dropdown list of companies that already exist within the system - this will take time to build as more members join the site)
- Companies can be: ISP's, Primes, and even Individual Crews running as a business.

VERIFICATION
When building your profile, you’ll be asked to provide detailed information about your personal or company experience. Our verification process ensures:

Your company is in active status (origination date, state, minority ownership, contractor/employee model, EIN - the basics)

Your can legally perform work in the US without any active lawsuits or liens

Your Dun and Bradstreet information if applicable

Your basic contact information (owners, directors, accounts payable/receivable)

You maintain basic insurance coverage

You have OSHA logs and a relevant safety manual

Your company Mod Rates

Your equipment (fiber splicers, trailers, HDD rigs, excavators, etc.)

Your industry experience and more
- Members can elect to become Crewsii Certified and pay a one time certification fee of $499 (renewed yearly at $199).
- Next, the Individual or Company member is guided by our internal Crewsii Team to achieve a 100% completion (we help them gather/create/upload any missing documents they are missing by utilizing our trusted partners in HR, Safety, Insurance, Equipment rental and tooling).
- Once all information is complete, we verify that the information is in fact accurate leading to a Crewsii Certification
- Once you’re Crewsii Certified, your profile will display a “Badge of Trust,” setting you apart as a qualified and dependable professional for top contractors and projects. Our Crewsii algorithm works for you — matching your verified profile to the best available contracts and job postings based on your insurance, equipment, location preferences, and pay requirements.
- Not all members will elect to become Crewsii Certified. In this scenario, they will simply have a percentage in their profile that shows their completion of profile documents. These individuals will not get matched to top tier contracts, but will still be able to see them and apply for them.
- All members have the ability to post jobs at $29.99 per job posting. All members also have the opportunity to show that they are "open for work" in their profile.
- Matching for jobs runs off our algorithm based on the following:
- Location (Can be willing to travel)
- Equipment type
- Experience
- Pay points (can be negotiable)
- Salary vs. non-salary positions
- Licenses
- Insurance requirements
- Type of work (aerial, underground, fiber, copper)
- Requires Engineering
- Requires Traffic Control
Members only need to complete their profile once—after that, Crewsii does the heavy lifting. We’ll automatically match members with new opportunities, so there’s no more endless screening calls, Facebook job hunting, or uploading a resume over and over again.
