Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be fulfilled on the next Business Day we are open.


  • Receive free shipping on all online orders over $75, excluding large freight items.
  • Destiny Solutions will insure all packages at the time of shipment. If items become lost or damaged during shipment, a replacement or refund will be given to the customer at no charge. 
  • For a full replacement or refund on ladders and larger freight items that become damaged during shipment, the customer must do a full inspection and note any damage to the item before signing any shipping documentation by the carrier. 

When to Expect Your Order

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Even with next-day shipping, please note that weekend and holiday orders will ship out on the next business day.
  • We strive for complete transparency. If an item is out of stock, we'll promptly contact the manufacturer for a lead time estimate and keep you informed throughout the process.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with the product or need to exchange it for another item let our customer service team know when you request an RMA. Retail, commercial, and government customers must request the FORM within 14 days of receiving an order for a full refund of the purchase price.

Non-defective items can only be returned or exchanged if they were purchased directly from Destiny Solutions and must be returned in NEW condition with the original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, some items may NOT be authorized to be returned if the product has been opened & removed from its original packaging. Upon receiving the return, our RMA DEPARTMENT will evaluate the condition & determine an appropriate cost of refund.

  • No Fee Applied if a return is requested within 14 days.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned after 30 days of purchase. 

Warranty & Non- Warranty Repairs 

  • Destiny Solutions, Inc products are warranted against defects in packaging, material, and workmanship for 1 year.
  • Refurbished equipment may have a 6-month or 1-year
    Limited Warranty. Manufacture Warranties may have a 1- 5-year Warranty or a Lifetime Warranty may apply. 
  • Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage is not covered by Limited or Manufacturing Warranties. 
  • We will evaluate all warranty/non-warranty claims and reach back out to you for approval before repairs are made. Defective or non-defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Destiny Solutions.

The customer will incur all shipping costs for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
