Recieve free shipping on all online orders over $75, excluding large freight items.
All packages will be insured by Destiny Solutions at the time of shipment. If items become lost or damaged durning shipment a replacement or refund will be given to the customer at no charge.
For a full replacement or refund on ladders and larger freight items that become damaged during shipment the customer must do a full inspection and note any damage to the item before signing any shipping documentation by the carrier.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned within 30 days of purchase. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned after 30 days of purchase.

All warranty and non- warranty repairs must be approved before returning to our store.

All shipping cost for warranty and non-warranty repairs will be incurred by the customer.
