TEMPO | PE2003 2000H TRANSMITTER | #2000H
TEMPO COMMUNICATIONS | PART #2000H
PE2003 2000H TRANSMITTER
DESCRIPTION
The TEMPO Communications PE2003-G Pulser Ground Fault Locator identifies the exact location of even the smallest breaks in insulation by “pulsing” a high-voltage signal that radiates into the earth at the location of the faults. With the A-frame mounted receiver, a visual analog meter points the way to the source of the voltage.
OVERVIEW
- 12V rechargeable internal battery

Common Questions About the Tempo PE2003 2000H Transmitter
What is the Tempo 2000H Transmitter used for?
The Tempo 2000H is the transmitter used with the PE2003 Pulser Ground Fault Locator system to help locate breaks and faults in buried wire and cable insulation.
How does the Tempo 2000H help locate underground faults?
The 2000H transmitter applies a high voltage pulsing signal to the cable. At an insulation fault, the signal radiates into the ground where it can be detected and traced using the compatible A frame receiver.
What is the transmitter output of the Tempo 2000H?
The 2000H provides a transmitter output of up to 2400 VDC peak and is powered by an internal 12V rechargeable battery.
