Exchange/Refund

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for a exchange, store credit or refund via original payment method. Custom products (noted at the time of purchase) will not qualify for returns. 

RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

• No Fee Applied if return is requested within 14 days.
• 15% Fee Applied if return is requested within 30 days or product was used.
• 30% Fee Applied if return is requested after 30 days or product packaging is missing.
• No Returns beyond 60 days.
