Shipping & Returns

Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Walk-ins from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Phone calls available until 6:00 PM)
  • Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on online orders over $100 (excluding large freight items and international shipments).
  • Destiny Solutions insures all shipments. If items are lost or damaged, we will investigate and file a claim with the shipping service before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • For ladders and larger freight items, customers must conduct a full inspection, take pictures, and note any damage to the item before signing shipping documentation. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please reject the shipment and contact us immediately.
  • Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery.

When to Expect Your Order

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually be processed the same day (if after 3 PM, it will be shipped the next business day). This includes next-day or second-day shipments.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact the manufacturer for an estimated lead time and keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied or wish to exchange an item, please complete the RETURN FORM. Retail & commercial customers must submit the form within 14 days of receiving the order for a potential refund. Note: A refund may not be issued if a product is returned used or damaged. We will inspect the item once we receive it and determine if it can be returned or exchanged.

Non-defective items can only be returned or exchanged if purchased directly from Destiny Solutions and must be in NEW condition with original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, some items may NOT be authorized to be returned if they have been opened and removed from their original packaging. Upon receiving the return, our RETURN DEPARTMENT will evaluate the condition and determine an appropriate refund cost.

 

  • No Fee Applied if a return is requested within 14 days.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned after 30 days of purchase. 

Returns for Government Orders

  • No Fee Applied if a return is requested within 20 days.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned within 20-45 days.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned within 46-90 days.
  • No refunds accepted after 90 days. 

Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs

  • Destiny Solutions products are warranted against defects in packaging, material, and workmanship for 1 year.
  • Refurbished equipment may have a 6-month or 1-year Limited Warranty. Manufacturer warranties range from 1-5 years, or may include Lifetime coverage.
  • Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration, or improper storage is not covered under warranties.
  • All warranty and non-warranty repair claims will be evaluated and approved before repairs are made.
  • Please submit a REPAIR FORM for warranty or non-warranty repairs.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty and non-warranty repairs to us. Warranty repairs will have free shipping costs when returned to the customer.
