DESCRIPTION

Combination tool that cores dielectric foam, bevels the aluminum sheath and strips the polyethylene jacket of the trunk and distribution cable by hand or drill application. This coring tool is designed for use with the following: CommScope P1, P3 Cable Guard Cable; Times Fiber T4, T6, T10 Cable; Alcatel Cable Benelux - ACE Cable

OVERVIEW

  • Combination tool quickly strips the sheath & cores the dielectric on cables in one precise operation
  • Durable, all-metal construction with color-coded guide sleeves provide easy identification
  • Heat-treated sheath cutting blade produces a smooth, beveled edge & can be replaced
  • Strip stops available for strip lengths of 0.5″ to 2″ (12.7 to 50.8 mm)
  • Standard models feature a “T” handle with a built-in 3/8″ drill adapter & ratchet models feature a ratchet “T” handle with a separate 3/8″ drill adapter for manual or drill operations
