DESCRIPTION

The Marker-Mate Electronic Marker Locator (EML-100) is designed to locate all underground electronic markers, including Tempo’s patented OmniMarker™ II, at industry-standard frequencies when buried up to 5 feet deep

This underground locator is capable of detecting nine different electronic buried utility markers including power, European power, water, sanitary, telephone, fiber optic, gas, cable TV, and non-potable water. Featuring an automatic “scan” mode, the easy-to-use EML-100 quickly locates all marker types simultaneously and automatically determines which type is detected thus reducing time spent locating buried utilities. The user can also choose to use the advanced pinpoint feature to manually adjust its detection threshold, making it possible to narrow the detection area to a precise location.

The large-character display of the detector makes it easy to read in any light condition. The bar graph, numeric, and audible signal strength indicators provide quick and accurate results. You can adjust the speaker volume or plug in headphones for discreet use. The battery level indicator and low battery warning prevent you from running out of power at an inconvenient time, and an adjustable time-out feature helps to prolong battery life when you need it. The rugged detector is weather-resistant and can withstand harsh conditions, making it a reliable tool in any setting.
