DESCRIPTION

Designed to cleave either 900 µm buffered or 250 µm coated fiber, this fiber cleaver’s quick and easy three step operation is perfectly suited for mechanical splicing and quick field termination of fiber connectors. This fiber cleaver features the following.

  • Leaf spring scale is ruled to allow accurate and precise cleave lengths from 2 to 20 mm (0.079” to 0.79”)
  • Ultra-strong carbide blade will last up to 6,000 cleaves before needing to be replaced
  • Handles both single and multi-mode fibers with 125 µm cladding
  • Replacement Parts: FC-4 Replacement Blade and FC-65 Replacement Leaf Spring
