RETURN POLICY
Exchange/Refund
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for a exchange, store credit or refund via original payment method. Custom products (noted at the time of purchase) will not qualify for returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You will be issued an RMA form to fill out and stick in the box that is shipping back to us.
- Refunds are determined by our Return Department upon inspection of the return.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
RESTOCKING FEE POLICY
- No Fee Applied if return is requested within 14 days.
- 15% Fee Applied if return is requested within 30 days or product was used.
- 30% Fee Applied if return is requested after 30 days or product packaging is missing.
- No Returns beyond 60 days.
